You place the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the “Order” button. At any time you can enter your shopping cart and confirm the order of the already selected products. We will send you an informative e-mail with the content of the order and our staff will contact you to specify the details of delivery. See also the detailed instructions .

How are deliveries made?
Deliveries within Sofia are made as soon as possible, within the same or within 3 days of the order. Deliveries within Bulgaria are made within 5 working days of the order. After confirming your order from the site, our associate will contact you and specify your preferences.
How can I cancel an order already placed?
Easy, just email us. If your order is still being processed and has not been shipped, we will stop processing it. You may wish to return the item and refund its value within 7 days of receiving delivery. Contact us to clarify the details and please note that the shipping costs for returning the goods are at your expense. If there are violations of the integrity of the packaging as a result of transport, please contact the courier for the relevant protocol.
How can I pay?
Payment is guaranteed and secure – you can pay by cash on delivery to the courier, at the time of receipt of the goods, through the system Epay.bg or through Paypal.com. ZooZona.Net does not process or require information about your bank cards and accounts.
